Lessons Learned:
This is a great presentation. When I graduated from college I had it all "planned," needless to say nothing turned out the way I thought it would. It can be a little scary but I just want to assure you that sticking to your own unique path will lead you to the discovery of your wildest dreams. When I graduated from college I thought I was going to be a lawyer and now I'm a career coach.
There Is No Plan. It was very scary for me when I realized this. Consider what you are currently learning from your current experience. How does this make you stand out as a perspective employee or service provider?
Think Strengths, Not Weaknesses. Explore your strengths and weaknesses. Focus on developing and strengthening your strengths.
It's Not About You. Constantly make sure your talents are on display for the world to see. Offer the world and get the world back in return. This gives you a competitive edge.
Persistence Trumps Talent. Read this again.
Make Excellent Mistakes. If you've never made a mistake, raise your hand. What have you learned from your mistakes? How can you use those lessons to your benefit.
Leave an Imprint. What's Your Mission In Life? How Will Choosing the Right Career Help You Accomplish that Mission?
